What do you mean with "Availability"?
It indicates when that title was obtainable and that's there is no way to obtain a title past that phase.
Account bound titles gained at any point will last through all phases including launch.
How come only the Solo and Hardcore titles are character bound?
It wouldn't be fair to complete those feats on a class and display the achievement on another, would it?
Is there any way to keep at launch the Solo or Hardcore title that I've got during beta?
If you reach Level 50, your character won't be deleted at launch but only reset to Level 1 in the same race/class combination on which you originally reached 50. If you don't delete the toon and decide to play the exact same combination at launch, your title gained during beta will stick with your character.
