ROG Weapon Speeds
In all cases, the intent was to constrain the speeds to be within the bounds of what is available through crafting. However, the 'slowest possible' and 'fastest possible' speeds for any given weapon type will only be available through the normal crafting/monster drop methods, and not through the ROG system. This means that all ROG weapons will generate with speeds slightly faster than the slowest, or slightly slower than the fastest crafted weapons.
